As we wrap up March merch sales from Mojo & The Mess, I just want to say thank you.

Because of you, we’re almost ready to make our donation to Taylor Carpenter this week. Every purchase truly made a difference.

And we’re continuing that into April.

Our April recipient is Allysia.

She’s a local mom currently fighting cancer, trying to balance treatments, everyday life, and showing up for her kids through all of it. And like so many in this position, the weight isn’t just physical… it’s everything that comes with it.

That’s where we step in.

This community turns something simple, like buying merch, into real support for someone who needs it.

If you supported in March, you’re already part of this. And if you’re here reading this, you are too.

April is for allysia ♡

I’m Izzy

Welcome to mojo and the mess, This isn’t the blog I ever expected to write — but it’s the one I needed.

I’m Izzy, a twenty-something living (and dying) with terminal cancer, navigating the messy, heartbreaking, unexpectedly beautiful in-between. Here, you’ll find raw reflections, real talk, dog snuggles (shoutout to Mojo), and the unfiltered truth about what it’s like to face the end of your life before it really got going.

This space is for the ones who’ve felt forgotten, the ones who don’t know what to say, and the ones who are still holding on. It’s not always pretty, but it’s always honest.

Thanks for being here. You’re part of the mess now — and I mean that in the best way.
